Shipping and handling
Domestic from every warehouse.
Each warehouse ships only within its own country, by a domestic carrier, so nothing crosses a border and nothing waits at customs. Orders placed before the local cutoff leave the same business day.

Packaging and handling
- Temperature in transit
- Sealed lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperature for the length of any domestic transit, so no ice packs or cold chain are used. Bacteriostatic water and solutions ship in the same parcel.
- Packaging
- Vials travel in a foam-lined carton inside a plain outer box. The carton is labelled with the lot numbers enclosed; the outer box carries only the carrier label and a return address.
- Documentation
- A printed certificate of analysis for each lot in the order is enclosed, together with the packing list. The same certificates are on the product pages.
- Tracking and signature
- Every parcel is tracked. Orders above the free-shipping threshold and all wholesale orders require an adult signature on delivery.
- Lost or damaged parcels
- Report within seven days of the delivery scan with photographs. Replacements ship from the same lot where stock allows. See the returns policy for the full process.
