An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the warehouse dispatches the goods and the dispatch confirmation is sent. Until then Synamino Sciences may decline the order for any lawful reason, including the reasons set out in the research use only policy.

Each order ships from a single warehouse. Items are priced, invoiced and dispatched in the currency and from the location shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in the currency of the selected warehouse and exclude any sales tax, GST or duty that applies at the destination, which is added at checkout where required. Payment is taken in full before dispatch by the payment methods offered at checkout.

Wholesale accounts with agreed terms are invoiced on dispatch and payable within the agreed period.

Dispatch cutoffs, carriers and transit estimates are published on the shipping page. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address given at checkout.

Every lot is analysed by an independent accredited laboratory before release, and the certificate of analysis for the lot supplied is enclosed with the order and published on the product page. A product that does not conform to its certificate may be returned under the returns policy.

Synamino Sciences supplies research compounds for laboratory use only and accepts no liability for any use of the products outside that scope, or for any loss arising from a purchaser's failure to follow the research use only policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the products concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law in the purchaser's jurisdiction.

Orders shipped from the United States warehouse are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada; orders shipped from the Canada warehouse by the laws of Ontario; and orders shipped from the Australia warehouse by the laws of Queensland, in each case without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
