When you order we collect your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number where given, institution where given, and the details of what you bought. Payment details are collected by the payment provider and are not stored by Synamino Sciences.

When you browse, the site stores your chosen warehouse, your cart and your researcher declaration in your own browser. These are not sent to us until you place an order or contact us.

To fulfil and document orders, to provide certificates of analysis, to answer enquiries, to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to the sale of research compounds, and, if you subscribe, to send batch release notes.

Order records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and compliance obligations. Enquiries are retained for two years. Subscriber addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.

Data is shared only with the carrier delivering your order, the payment provider processing your payment, and service providers that host our systems under contract. It is not sold.

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted where we are not required to keep it, or object to marketing, by writing to support@synaminosciences.com.
